With all the summer activities, vacations and BBQs, we know that quite possibly your workouts and nutrition have taken a back seat. This is the perfect time to get back on track, make those transformations and join our Summer Slimdown Challenge! You don’t need to be super-fit to participate – you just need to show up, have a great attitude and your Coaches will take care of the rest!
The Summer Slimdown Challenge will start Monday, July 16th and is designed to work every single muscle in your body. The structure of the classes will give you the opportunity to improve your fitness, reshape your body, and increase your level of strength.
How will the Summer Slimdown Challenge classes work?
Each day you will take a 30-minute class with Coach David, consisting of five, 5-minute rounds with 1-minute rest in between. This beats boredom and works your muscles efficiently, shocking the body with different exercises. Whether you are new or skilled at working out, each class is geared to challenge any fitness level. The goal is to get you stronger, fitter, healthier, and to have FUN in 6 weeks.
It wouldn’t be a challenge without some great prizes! Items may consist of an Apple Watch Series 3, Samsung Gear S3 watch, a tablet, our newly designed Swiftkick training gear, San Diego Padres tickets, etc. (Prizes are still being selected and finalized).
