Swiftkick is proud to present our Growing Girl Power curriculum, a program designed to help young women across San Diego County build confidence, and grow as empowered community members, students, and individuals. This program complements our Explorers and Youth martial arts programs.
As part of this initiative, we offer private, customizable workshops specifically for Girl Scout troops. These sessions can include themes such as self-defense, anti-bullying, healthy friendships, peer conflict resolution, leadership skills, stress management, goal setting, and healthy living, as well as workshops tailored to fulfill badge and journey requirements. Our experienced instructors lead these empowering workshops.
