The SwiftKick Impact Program serves teens ages 13-18. This program is designed to use the martial arts as a venue to develop physical competence, mental acuity, and wise thinking giving our students a lifelong advantage accelerating their path to success.
While many extracurricular activities are limited in the benefits they can offer, training at SwiftKick integrates a wide variety of benefits:

- Improved mental performance resulting in better academic achievement
- Improved physical fitness resulting in better athletic performance, weight loss, and increased energy

We also offer leadership opportunities and job opportunities in the martial arts to students in our Impact Program. Opportunities to attain leadership training, fulfill community service and/or academic leadership requirements, and even receive part-time income are available to qualified students.
