Looking for a fun, free Halloween event for kids in Rancho Bernardo? Join SwiftKick Martial Arts for Kick or Treat on Wednesday, October 14 from 4:00 PM–5:30 PM! This free community event is open to kids ages 5–12 and combines Halloween fun with martial arts activities the whole family can enjoy.
Kids will get moving with self-defense and kicking activities, make a smashing pumpkin craft, and watch a ninja sword demonstration. There will be plenty of Halloween fun along the way, so costumes are encouraged!
No martial arts experience is needed. Kids can come as they are, have fun, and try something new.

Halloween Fun Meets Martial Arts
Kick or Treat gives kids a chance to celebrate Halloween while getting active and experiencing martial arts in a fun, welcoming environment.
Between kicking, self-defense activities, crafts, and our ninja sword demonstration, there’s plenty for kids to do. It’s also a great opportunity for local families to experience SwiftKick and see how we make martial arts for kids in Rancho Bernardo engaging and age-appropriate.
Have a costume ready? Wear it! Costumes are encouraged, so kids can show off their Halloween look while joining in the fun.
