Swiftkick Martial Arts, an approved community partner of the Girl Scouts, proudly presents our Growing Girl Powercurriculum—a dynamic and empowering program designed to inspire tenacity and courage as girls navigate their adolescent and teenage years. Through interactive and honest discussions, hands-on activities, art, movement, and teamwork, participants are encouraged to embrace their unique strengths, build confidence, and develop resilience.

Growing Girl Power workshops cover topics such as self-esteem, leadership, goal-setting, and proactive self-defense, providing practical tools and strategies for personal growth as well as physical and social-emotional safety. By fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, our curriculum empowers girls to recognize their potential, pursue their passions, and face the challenges of adolescence with courage and determination.
