Breaking Boards for fun! Only open to Swiftkick members. Don’t miss out on this action-packed event.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
- Boards – 2 Practice boards and 5 event boards provided the day of the event.
- Training – 2 weeks prior to the event.
- Practice boards will be provided – 1 week before the event.
HOW WILL I LEARN TO BREAK BOARDS?
We will begin to practice our board breaking the first week of December. In this mini module, we’ll cover specific concepts on how to break boards with your kicks! Be sure to attend each class for two reasons:
- To prepare you for the break-a-thon event.
- To have fun.
