Yoga stretch class will help increase your strength, flexibility and focus. Great for beginners or more experienced yogis, this class is both energizing and relaxing. A blend of postures, breaths and yogic wisdom, this class will leave you refreshed, reset and ready to take on your day! Reduce stress, Increase flexibility, build muscle, enhance your natural energy and increase your overall health and wellbeing.
Elisa has been practicing yoga since 2001. She is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (200 HR RYT) and is trained to teach Hatha yoga, gentle yoga, and power yoga. Her main goal is to teach students balance and strength that will help them in their everyday activities.
In addition to yoga, Elisa is a sports massage therapist and certified personal trainer. She owns a massage and yoga studio in Escondido and loves to work with active youth and adults, teaching them the proper foam rolling self-massage techniques, and stretches that will help keep them active. As a Les Mills Body Pump instructor, Cycle instructor, Yoga instructor, and a first Degree Black belt in Tae Kwon Do, she under-stands what active lifestyles can do to your body and she also knows that great care can keep you in the game.
