19 Oct Three Week Women’s Self-Defense Course!
We wanted to make sure you knew about our upcoming women’s self-defense course coming up! You will be trained in three 2 hour weekly sessions beginning on Saturday, Oct. 29th. Continues 11/5 & 11/12.
This training is designed to equip you with valuable know-how so that you can protect yourself in various self-defense situations.
During this course you will learn how to:
- Guard against ATTACKS
- Effectively HIT to stop or stun your opponent.
- FIGHT in close quarter combat.
- BREAK AWAY from various grips.
- PROTECT yourself on the ground.
